Appointment Process

Our practice is run on an appointment basis. This enables the veterinarian to give you and your pet their personal, undivided attention during your appointment. It also minimizes contact with sick patients.

Please call for an appointment if your pet requires attention … and please let us know if you’re unable to keep your appointment so we can give it to a pet who needs it.

We do our utmost to avoid delays however occasionally emergency situations arise and when this happens a critically ill pet will be seen ahead of an appointment. Our clients have always been very considerate in these situations, as they understand that their pet will be given the same treatment if ever the need arises.
